Make your yogurt. It's so easy and nicer...Heat 1 litre of whole milk in a saucepan to just below boiling point. Cool to 40/43 °c. Add 4 tablespoons of powder milk and 2 of natural yogurt. Whisk to mix perfectly. Put in very clean jars . Put them in a thick saucepan. Wrap it in a thick piece of blanket and let it incubate for 8h at least. I usually leave it all night.Then put it in the fridgein a plastic box well closed. You may use cow or goat milk. The powder milk makes it thicker.Now the rasperry jam is ready, come in, let's taste..
